DISC Personality Profile

The DISC personality profile measures "how one behaves," as well as the communication styles they demonstrate.  It is the behavioral component in the Trimetrix HD® personality profile. While the DISC accurately measures behavior, it is most effective in measuring employees or future employees when combined with the values, talents, and attributes components of the Trimetrix HD® personality profile.
